Lactose Intolerant

2013

So this is what the future looks like? Huh.

I’ve been working on the series bible for Cartoon Network over Christmas and it’s all done and in their hands. Waiting to hear back some notes. I hope they like it.

My First Pitch

ACHIEVEMENT UNLOCKED! I was lucky enough to be invited to pitch a show to Cartoon Network this week. Yes, CARTOON NETWORK IN BURBANK WHERE THE MAKE ALL THE GOOD STUFF OMG OMG. I showed them Lactose Intolerant and it got a fantastic reaction, which is really all you can ask for, especially when pitching 100% dairy humor. Anyway, I hear back in two or three weeks about what they want to do, so fingers crossed. With so many things out of your control, it’s just a relief to do a good pitch and not completely mess it up.

Submitted a pitch to Nickelodeon

I sent these bad boys to the Nickelodeon Comedy Shorts Program. The art was rushed and looked like a five year old did it, but was otherwise acceptable. These are fun characters. The blue goat is called Merlin Dairyheart and the llama on the right is called Curt St. Way.

Lactose Intolerant

Working on a new cartoon pitch called Lactose Intolerant. I have the basic idea in my mind and now I’m just sketching to see what comes out.

These guys are Lactoids, basically milk creatures in the future that have gone bad.
